Job summary

Communications Install Solutions Inc is seeking a driven Field Technician to join our Hermiston, OR team. This hands-on role focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting communications systems in the field, with site surveys and cabling work key to successful deployments.

You will configure hardware, test networks, respond to service calls, document work, and collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time completion under varying outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, low-voltage, or telecommunications installation.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and field testing equipment.
• Knowledge of cabling standards, signal testing, and industry best practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in the field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities
