Lockheed Martin Corporation seeks an Ordnance Engineer to join the Ordnance Engineering group within FBM. The role focuses on the design, development and integration of missile ordnance components for flight and ground systems, with regular interaction with the Navy and LM leadership.

You will lead efforts on preliminary and detailed design, analysis and testing, coordinating across manufacturing, quality, structure design, and systems engineering to deliver robust hardware and documentation.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with 3D modelling.
• Experience writing and negotiating FBM specifications.
• Knowledge of ordnance and propulsion engineering principles.

Responsabilités

• Design, manufacture, procurement, analysis and test for ordnance components and propulsion systems.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, test facilities, and related fields.
• Support subsystem integration and development activities.
• Prepare data packages and present analysis to engineering teams and customers.
• Maintain drawings, specifications and technical analyses for systems and components.
