Job summary

Vishay Dale Electronics in Columbus, NE seeks a production weigh technician to accurately weigh the required parts for production tickets in the Film and Herm Seal areas. You will weigh counts from Bin Stock, sign off tickets, and enter data into the Prod Info system, ensuring proper stock handling and documentation.

The role requires a High School diploma and basic computer skills. You will operate scales, interpret specifications, and follow written and verbal instructions in a busy

Position Summary:

Responsible for weighing required amount of parts for the production ticket for Film and Herm Seal areas.

What you will be doing:

• Weigh counts the required amount of parts from Bin Stock to fill the production ticket.
• Signoff the production ticket with required information.
• Enters the required information into Prod Info system.
• Returns Bin Stock boxes to proper location on the Bin Stock shelves after weighing.

Physical Demands, Work Environment and Required Safety Equipment:

• Must be able to accurately interpret job specifications and information on the production tickets.
• Must be able to lift 20 to 25lbs.
• Working in a busy production environment subject to noise and varying lighting levels.
• May be subject to some dust.
