Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Business Portfolio Architect to drive enterprise process transformation across the Order To Collect function. The role combines business consulting, process engineering, change management, and program leadership to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and to align value streams with the overall business vision.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders, participate in portfolio governance, and lead SAFe Kanban and cross-value stream

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/equiv in engineering, math, IT systems or related discipline.
7+ years of analytical experience on large-scale value stream or organization-wide projects.
Experience with SAFe and Agile environments; strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business process transformation across Order To Collect functions.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology platforms, workflow automation, and AI.
Manage a portfolio of initiatives and drive realization of expected business outcomes.
Monitor benefits realization and report transformation performance to executives.
