Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Cash Lead for a 6+ months contract in Lehi, Utah, onsite. This role is pivotal for our SAP transformation across Order to Cash and Finance, and offers long-term potential for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Business, bring 6+ years in O2C or related fields, and have 5+ years leading SAP/ERP initiatives, with strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management.
• 5+ years leading SAP, ERP, or large-scale transformation initiatives in a cross functional environment.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Cash Application.
• Experience driving cross-functional process design, business readiness, testing, deployment, and organizational change management activities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive consensus, and lead teams across business and technology organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• This role is essential in the success of our SAP transformation efforts across Order to Cash and Finance.
