Job summary

Greenworks is seeking an Outbound Verification Specialist in Spanish Springs, NV to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped promptly. You will review SAP orders, print labels, verify item numbers, and assist with loading outbound shipments.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and basic math and computer skills; prior experience with tracking systems (SAP) and pallet handling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading SOPs are required.
• Familiarity with SAP tracking systems is preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and lift 5–50 lbs throughout shift.
• Must complete hazmat/IATA training and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by navigating tracking systems and printing labels.
• Verify item numbers and outbound deliver orders (ODO).
• Maintain product and inventory accuracy through packing and preparation for shipment.
• Label containers and prepare products for shipment; assist with loading outbound trucks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
• Support inventory control and collaboration with other departments.

Position Summary

The Outbound Verification Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to standard operating procedure in order to supply the correct Greenworks product to the customer promptly. In this role, you will review digital orders in SAP, generate labels, ensure inventory accuracy through product processing, and assist with loading the product as needed. An employee with strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to compliance guidelines is essential for the success of this position.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Ability to navigate tracking systems to process orders, print labels, and verify product accuracy while using standard operating procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Basic Math
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Ability to read and comprehend SOP / Instructions for stacking pallets correctly
• Ability to use a manual or motorized pallet jack
• Ability to lift 5- 50lbs or team lift 50+lbs throughout shift
• Ability to squat, bend, stoop, turn, twist, forward, backward, side to side motion throughout shift.
• Knowledge of operating Wrap Machine (preferred)
• Ability to successfully complete and pass all pre-employment screening and drug test.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1 year of use of various tracking programs (SAP) & Basic office equipment (copier, printers, fax, etc.)
• 1 year of computer experience
