Job summary

Dillanos Coffee Roasters is seeking an Order Selector/Shipping Clerk for our Sumner, WA warehouse. The role starts at 7:30 am and continues until orders are picked and shipped for the day, with a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

You will hand-select orders, stack on pallets, and ensure accurate shipping. Requires physical work, forklift certification, and ability to adapt to temperature variations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform basic math.
• Must be forklift certified or able to become certified.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime hours and occasional Saturdays.
• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Hand-select orders in a warehouse environment.
• Stack product on pallets following safety and labeling guidelines.
• Coordinate with carrier pick-up per customer orders and shipping instructions.
• Process shipments using computer systems and manage pallet movement.
