Job summary

Dillanos Coffee Roasters is seeking an Order Selector/Shipping Clerk for our Sumner, WA warehouse. The role involves picking and sorting orders for shipping, preparing items for delivery routes, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You should be detail-oriented with good math and computer skills, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and willing to work 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. We offer benefits, PTO, and an energetic team culture at Dillanos.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with self-management skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and use computers.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Hand-select orders within warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
• Stack products on pallets following proper selecting procedures.
• Arrange for carrier pickup per customer purchase orders.
• Process shipments using computer systems.
• Operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products.
• Shrinkwrap products on pallets.
• Read invoices and locate items within the warehouse.
• Inform supervisor of discrepancies in quantity or description.
• Follow safe lifting and picking procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain clean work areas.
