Additional Compensation Details

• $20/HR plus $1.00/HR swing shift differential!
• 90-day performance review with potential raise.
• Yearly review with possible increases based on performance and tenure.

Schedule & Job Description

Start at 5PM; shifts typically 8-10 hours. The role involves picking full case produce orders onto a pallet using a voice pick headset and operating a riding pallet jack. Focus on product integrity, safety, accuracy, and meeting food safety standards. This position requires a standard pieces-per-hour rate, achievable for hired candidates.

Qualifications

• Training and certification provided for voice pick system use.
• Organize orders on pallets with care for product type (organic, fragile, etc.).
• Operate riding pallet jack safely.
• Follow food safety and operational procedures.
• Work in refrigerated environment (35-56°F).
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask in a fast-paced setting.
