Atlas Staffing is hiring experienced Order Selectors for a trusted client in the grocery distribution industry in NE Portland. If you thrive in a physical environment and have freezer experience, we want to hear from you!

• Minimum 1 year of order selecting experience required.
• Must be experienced and comfortable working in a freezer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload, check in, and receive inbound merchandise using pallet jacks and power equipment
• Select and prepare merchandise for shipment to retail stores
• Use RF scanners to locate and pick items
• Palletize and shrink-wrap completed orders
• Load merchandise onto truck trailers
• Complete shipping documentation accurately
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments
• Perform all tasks with integrity and attention to safety

Qualifications:

• Must be able to consistently lift 50–75 lbs — this is a physically demanding role
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer)
• Experience using motorized pallet jacks required
• Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment
• PPE provided for extreme temperature environments

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: Starts at 3:30 AM, typically ends by 2:00 PM (10-12 hour shifts)
• Schedule: 4–5 days per week, including potential weekend shifts
• Shifts last 10–12 hours, depending on business needs

Wage: $24.69-$24.69/hr.
