Order Selector @ Rocklin UNFI - $22.25/hr (1:15PM Start, 4x10hrs) (Finance)

Rocklin UNFI is seeking qualified Order Selectors for our warehouse. Do you have recent experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks and pulling orders? Do you enjoy fast-paced, active work environments? If so, apply today!

• Shift: 1:15 PM (4x10 hours)
• Union environment, benefits, incentive pay, 3 days off
• Sundays are mandatory
• Pay: $22.25/hr plus incentive pay

Shift Details:

• Overtime as needed; sometimes mandatory
• Sundays are mandatory
• Two consecutive days off during the week and always off on Saturdays
• Mainly dry foods; some fridge/freezer work in chill environments

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Operate double pallet jacks throughout the warehouse
• Select cases and apply pick labels
• Obtain work assignments
• Work efficiently in a distribution center environment
• Stack cases onto pallets
• Inspect equipment and complete inspection checklists
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Use good judgment, especially when supervision is not immediately available

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum one year of warehouse experience
• Experience with rider pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or similar equipment

Skills and Abilities:

• Frequently lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions
• Handle problems involving standard variables
• Read and understand simple instructions and memos
• Write simple correspondence
