United Salad Co. is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector for the Premier Swing Shift in Portland, OR. The role focuses on high accuracy and productivity, starting at 2:00 PM, with 5-day weeks and two consecutive days off; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior pallet jack experience REQUIRED.
• Current distribution warehouse experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs repeatedly.
• Push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable working in cold and wet environments (15°F–75°F).
• Basic English comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system.
• Operate electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets to meet shipping and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor personal performance metrics and adjust to maintain standards.
• Follow safety procedures, GMPs and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift: Swing Shift – Starts at 2:00 PM (until work is complete)

Pay, Bonuses & Benefits

• Base Pay: $24.00/hour.
• Performance Wage Premium: Additional $1.00–$2.00/hour for meeting productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system.

Performance Requirements

This is our highest-standard shift. Expectations are firm and non‑negotiable.

After 10 days of training, new hires must meet the following:

• Productivity: 100+ cases per hour.
• Accuracy: No more than 1.2 errors per 1,000 cases.
• Gap: 18% or lower.

Internal candidates must already be meeting these standards to be considered.

Overall Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior pallet jack experience REQUIRED.
• Current distribution warehouse experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable working in cold and wet environments (15°F–75°F).
• Basic English comprehension required.
