The role involves accurately selecting customer orders using a voice-directed system, handling pallets, and following safety procedures. Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Experience using motorized pallet jacks required.
Able to lift 50–70 lbs repeatedly.
Warehouse or similar physical labor experience required.
Comfortable working in cold, wet environments.

Responsibilities

Select customer orders using a voice-directed system.
Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment.
Load completed orders onto trucks.
Maintain performance metrics (KPIs).
Follow safety procedures and maintain integrity in all tasks.

Job description

Warehouse Order Selector – Full-Time

Location: Portland, OR 97211

Shift: Day Shift - Starts at 8:00 AM (until completion)

Availability: 7 days a week (weekend availability required)

Benefits & Pay/ Bonus Structure

Hourly Rate: Base rate of $20.00/hour. Additional wage premium and production bonuses available with potential to raise average wages up to approximately $32.00/hour (if work performance criteria is met).
Performance Wage Premium: Additional $1.00–$2.00/hour based on meeting work performance goals.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Referral Bonus: $1,000
Performance Bonus: $250–$375 (based on productivity)
