ProLogistix by Employbridge in Lubbock, TX is hiring Order Selectors for a fast-paced grocery distribution environment. You will read pick tickets, use voice headsets and RF scanners, build pallets, and stage shipments for loading.

Qualifications

• 6+ months recent double pallet jack or EJP operating experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.

• Experience in a fast-paced distribution center or warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: read tickets, listen to headsets, or use RF scanners to gather items.
• Pallet Building: stack boxes on pallets securely.
• Preparation & Staging: shrink-wrap pallets, apply labels, move to loading dock.
• Equipment Operation: drive electric pallet jacks with RF and voice systems.
• Safety & Maintenance: keep area clean, follow health rules, inspect equipment daily.

Shift Details:

• Overnight Shift working 4PM to Finish
• 6 Day work week currently during peak periods, then back to 5 day work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Read pick tickets, listen to voice headsets, or use RF scanners to locate and gather the exact items and quantities needed.
• Pallet Building: Stack boxes and goods neatly and securely on pallets so items do not break during long truck rides
• Preparation & Staging: Shrink-wrap finished pallets, apply correct shipping labels, and move them to the loading dock.
• Equipment Operation: Safely drive electric double pallet jacks with RF Scanner and voice pick equipment.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, follow all health rules, and inspect equipment daily

Minimum Skills & Competencies for the Successful Candidates:

• 6 or more months recent Double Pallet Jack or EJP operating experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
