Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector III in Lubbock, Texas. You will read and scan labels, pick open-case and full-case items, and transport goods on the warehouse floor with care and safety. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with powered equipment when needed.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with day shifts and a comprehensive benefits package after start-date, reflecting our commitment to safety and team success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely and effectively.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of open-case items and place in tote (use multiple totes if needed) to complete order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto conveyor line, pallet, or cart.
• Transport selected full-case product, using powered equipment if needed.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.

• Monday - Friday 9 AM Start Time
