Job summary

SpartanNash in Midland, Georgia is seeking an Order Selector for a full-time, year-round role. The position involves selecting products from warehouse racks and preparing pallets, with training on using powered industrial equipment and working in multi-temperature areas. The role offers $21/hour with earnings potential up to $28.50 based on performance, a 7:30 AM start, and a Sunday–Friday schedule (no Saturdays).

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior order selecting experience preferred.
Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to work in multi-temperature areas including freezer/cooler and dry conditions.

Responsibilities

Locate and lift cases, boxes, bags, and pallets of groceries for delivery to customers using order sheets or an audio headset.
Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and conduct safety inspections of equipment.
Report damaged products, quality issues, and out-of-stock items.
Use proper wrapping techniques to secure products for transport.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
