Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to perform trailer inspections, load and unload product using RF scanners, and ensure accurate paperwork and records.

You will receive inbound product from purchase orders, confirm case counts and dates, and help maintain inventory accuracy while upholding Saputo's food safety and quality standards. This role requires physical stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs trailer inspections and ensures proper securing, temperature compliance, and food safety.
• Loads and unloads product with RF scanners; ensures paperwork accuracy and coordinates with shift supervisor.
• Receives product from POs or intra-company transfers; checks counts, dates, pallet count and damages.
• Ensures quality of outbound shipments and proper weight distribution.
• Puts away received product and replenishes pick locations.
• Completes daily Powered Industrial Truck inspections.
• Follows GMPs and Saputo food safety/regulatory requirements.
• Reports hazards and attends required trainings and meetings.

Shift 10:00PM to 6:00AM

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Performs trailer inspections for all inbound and outbound orders, ensuring that all trailers are properly secured before entering, temperature requirements are met, including food safety and quality regulations.
• Responsible for loading and unloading of product through use of Radio Frequency scanners; accuracy, completeness of paperwork, and closely working with shift supervisor, quality control and inventory control to address any discrepancies or issues with each load.
• Correctly receives product from incoming purchase orders or intra company stock transfers, ensuring correct case counts, code date, pallet count and condition, and recording of any damages resulting from transit.
• Responsible for the overall quality of outbound shipments, correct weight distribution within trailers, accuracy and compliance.
• Put-away of received product into storage location, replenishment of pick locations and full pallet picking for customer orders.
• Completes daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection, ensuring safe operation and reporting any concerns to maintenance personnel or shift supervisor.
• Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Saputo's food safety, quality programs and regulatory requirements.
• Promptly reports all potential quality, food safety, and workplace safety hazards to management team.
• Attends and participates in all required training, shift meetings and committees.

Position Abilities and Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in warehouse environment which includes but is not limited to: noise, cold temperatures, standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around material handling equipment consistently throughout the shift. Physical lifting up to 50-lbs unassisted continuously throughout the shift. Wearing personal protective equipment and following all established procedures. Good visual acuity with the ability to distinguish colors. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Fine manipulation and hand dexterity, including ability to grip and squeeze; handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and armsMust be able to work overtime on a daily and/or weekly basis.

Pay $27.14 an hour + shift differential
