Job summary

CVS Health in Novi, MI is seeking an Order Selector for a 1st shift (6am-2pm). You will pick merchandise into totes for store orders, maintaining accuracy and safety to meet daily needs.

• Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.
• Work efficiently on pick lines with 10+ colleagues.
• Maintain 100% or greater to performance standards.
• Keep work zones clean at end of shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
• Comply with all CVS Health warehouse policies.

Position Summary

Split Case 1st shift 6am-2pm

As an order selector, you will pick pieces of merchandise into a tote or box for stores. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe work practices. You may work in other areas or functions of the warehouse, as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $26.21

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
