Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time RX order selector in New York for 28 hours weekly, with a 1st shift from 9am to 2:30pm. Starting pay is $18/hr, and you will pick store merchandise into totes to fulfill pharmacy orders, while upholding accuracy and safety standards.

You’ll work on a fast-paced line with 20+ teammates, reading orders on a tablet, counting items, and ensuring timely, precise fulfillment. A high school diploma is preferred; background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read store orders from a tablet or RF unit which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
• Select the needed quantities/pieces of merchandise and place them into a tote or box.
• Seal tote/box, place on pick line.
• Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees; must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and at the end of each shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
• Work professionally with others in a very faced paced, team oriented environment.

Position Summary

1st Shift- PART TIME!!!! Monday-Friday from 9am-2:30pm

Starting pay: $18/hr

As an RX order selector, you will pick pieces of pharmacy merchandise into a tote or box to be sent to stores. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe work practices. You may work in other areas or functions of the warehouse, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse and DEA regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Must be a team player; you will be working closely with 20+ other people.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move totes/boxes/cases utilizing safe lifting techniques, with or without reasonable accommodation. (30lb minimum requirement, 50lbs regularly, 75lbs occasionally)
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, etc. for long periods of time; must be performed safely with or without reasonable accommodation.
• *Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening as you will be working with prescription medication.*

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $23.56

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
