How you will make contributions that matter:

1. Perform trailer inspections for all inbound and outbound orders, ensuring trailers are properly secured, temperature requirements are met, and food safety and quality regulations are followed.
2. Load and unload products using Radio Frequency scanners; ensure accuracy, complete paperwork, and collaborate with shift supervisor, quality control, and inventory control to resolve discrepancies.
3. Receive products from purchase orders or intra-company transfers, verifying case counts, code dates, pallet conditions, and document damages.
4. Ensure the quality of outbound shipments, proper weight distribution, and compliance.
5. Put away received products, replenish pick locations, and pick full pallets for orders.
6. Complete daily Powered Industrial Truck inspections and report concerns.
7. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
8. Report potential hazards promptly to management.
9. Attend required training, meetings, and committees.

You are best suited for the role if you have:

1. Effective communication skills in English.
2. Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Demonstrated work history.
5. Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 75 pounds.
7. Ability to work in cold environments and around moving equipment; good visual acuity including color differentiation.
8. Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Position Abilities and Physical Requirements:

1. Work in warehouse conditions including noise, cold, and physical activity.

6. Work overtime as required.

Pay: $26.34/hour
