Job summary

Staffmark Swedesboro, NJ seeks an Order Selector to help keep products moving. You will pick, pack, ship, receive, and inventory items, using an electric pallet jack and voice-pick software to maximize accuracy and speed.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm with pay at $27.52 per hour. Prior pallet jack experience and RF scanner familiarity are valued, along with reliability and teamwork in a safety-first warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of electric pallet jack experience.
• Experience with voice to pick software.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties and identify products and shipping docs.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment.

Job Duties

• Use an electric pallet jack and voice to pick software to select items.
• Lift items and stack them on pallets.
• Load items onto trucks.
• Other order selecting duties as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• At least one year of electric pallet jack experience.
• Experience with voice to pick software.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using stand-up forklifts is a plus.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Order Selector.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
• Must be able to lift up to pounds.
