Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise from conveyor to trailer.
• Check merchandise to ensure shipment accuracy and undamaged items.
• Load merchandise carefully onto the correct trailer.
• Load/unload merchandise onto conveyors and palletize as needed.
• Check, verify and audit merchandise for accuracy.
• Identify, separate, label and palletize products.

Sun-Tues, 5:00pm - 5:30am

Wed-Fri, 5:00pm -5:30am

Mon - Thurs 5:30 AM- 4 PM

Fri - Sun; 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Looking for Warehouse Order Selector jobs in Windsor where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Job Duties

• Move merchandise from conveyor to trailer.
• Check merchandise to ensure shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged.
• Load merchandise carefully and onto proper trailer.
• Load/Unload merchandise onto conveyors and/or slot to pallet or box.
• Check, verify and audit merchandise.
• Identify, separate, label and palletize product.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Order Selector.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
• Must be able to lift up lbs.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
