Harps is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector in Springdale, AR to pull products for stores, verify items, and prepare pallets for delivery. You will check expiration dates, ensure saleable condition, and maintain accurate counts while meeting daily quotas.

- Responsible for pulling product stores have ordered to be delivered to the stores, ensuring that the correct item is selected, properly stacked on the pallets paying close attention that the product is in saleable condition and the product expiration date is within an acceptable date range. Order selectors must challenge themselves not only to achieve but also exceed the required daily quota accurately and efficiently. Learn to operate forklift efficiently and safely.
- I support warehouse operations including department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.
- I support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, supply use and inventory preparation.
- I clearly define issues upfront and then use critical thinking skills and logic to effectively obtain answers to questions through a conscious and organized manner.
- I consistently produce and emphasize the need to produce high quality products and services while being aware of the issues and following procedures that affect personal safety and the safety of others.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
