Integrity Staffing is hiring an Order Selector / Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Memphis, TN. This full-time position offers $18-$22 per hour and involves accurately picking, staging, and loading warehouse orders.

Order Selector / Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Location: Memphis, TN
Pay: $18-$22
Schedule: Full-time, multiple shifts available

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately pick, stage, and load orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that meets safety standards.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
• Work collaboratively with your team and supervisors to ensure daily operational success.

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior experience operating a stand‑up forklift (Reach Truck or Cherry Picker) required.
• Previous experience in order selection, warehouse, or distribution work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for long periods.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products according to company standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting goods, and verifying accuracy of shipments.
• Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all safety guidelines, equipment operating procedures, and company policies.
• Support general warehouse functions including labeling, wrapping pallets, and staging shipments.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills (inventory systems experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Work Environment:

• Fast‑paced warehouse setting.
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season and warehouse conditions.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
