General Summary:Reports to Pulling SupervisorBuilds customer orders through pre-packed order totes. Stages customer orders for proper loading into delivery trucks.Primary Responsibility:Accurate palletizing of customer orders to meet dispatch times. Responsible for palletizing of customer orders for shipment and placing all orders in proper sequence for loading. Loads all pallets using scanner equipment at a required rate to meet dispatch schedule.Essential Functions:Compiles preloaded totes on to pallets for deliveryMaintains clean and safe work environmentVerifies accuracy of customers ordersAccountably for maintaining pertinent company assetsEducational Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements:Prolonged walking and standing for 8 continuous hours including but not limited to a concrete or tile surfaceProduct replenishing which includes frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing and pullingMust be able to lift 50 lbs.The above statements reflect the general duties and responsibilities necessary to describe the principal functions of the job, as identified, and shall not be considered an exhaustive list of job responsibilities which may be inherent in the job.
