Pay & Hours:

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

2nd Shift Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Sunday availability based on business needs)

*Flexibility required for early starts or late finishes (up to 2 hours before/after shift)

Position Overview

As an Order Selector, you'll play a crucial role in the logistics and distribution process. From full case picking and shipping coordination to stocking and operating Reach Trucks, your accuracy and efficiency will keep things moving. This is a physically active role requiring stamina, attention to detail, and experience using warehouse equipment and RF scanners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking and putaway using Order Selector (OS) and Reach Trucks


• Full case picking and non-conveyable shipping tasks


• Completing export compliance documentation


• Workflow coordination and operations support


• RF scanning, data entry, and maintaining warehouse organization

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Order Selector and Reach Truck experience


• Familiarity with RF functions and warehouse procedures


• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, email)


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive, physical motions (bending, twisting, reaching)


• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts as needed
