Additional Compensation Details

• Starting at $22.00 per hour
• Potential for a 90-day performance-based raise
• Annual reviews with possible increases based on performance and tenure

The Role

Join a friendly yet productive team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to pick full case produce orders onto pallets using a voice pick headset system while operating a riding pallet jack. You will handle products with care, ensuring integrity and quality, and stage orders for delivery, all while maintaining safety and food safety standards. This is a steady-paced role with achievable productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Training and certification in order picking via headset
• Organizing and handling orders with product integrity in mind
• Safe operation of riding pallet jacks
• Adherence to food safety and operational procedures
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (35-56°F)
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced setting
