Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Warehouse Checker to ensure accuracy of customer orders and route truck inspections before loading and finalizing shipments.

You will verify pallets, review pick tickets for product type and quantity, document discrepancies, and coordinate with the team to correct issues in a fast-paced, noisy warehouse environment. Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification preferred.
• Pallet Jack Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies order accuracy by inspecting pallets for correct product type and quantity.
• Inspects returning route delivery trucks and performs blind counts.
• Documents discrepancies on the appropriate reports and informs relevant staff.
• Accounts for all returned product and deposit items on trucks; classifies items correctly.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and assists with pallet building as needed.
