Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Alpine/El Paso, TX to ensure our beverages remain available and properly displayed across customer routes.

You will build displays, manage shelf space, rotate products, and coordinate stock with customers to keep products in stock and in compliance with standards. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; kneel, bend, reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
