Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure iconic brands are always available at partner locations. You will build displays, manage stocks, and coordinate with drivers on routes, working an early shift Friday–Tuesday with start times around 3:00 AM.

Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, with opportunities for incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on routes.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers and shoppers daily.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
