Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Alpine, TX. This role supports merchandising for iconic beverage brands, ensuring displays, shelf integrity, and timely stock on customer routes.

Responsibilities include building displays, managing POS advertising, inventory control, and daily communication with customers and teammates. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required; local travel with a personal vehicle is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds; physical stamina required.

• Set up Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.73 to $24.20 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
