Metrie is seeking an Order Puller in Northborough, MA to join our distribution team. You will pick, pack, and ship building materials such as mouldings and doors while reading pick lists and maintaining accurate order quantities.

You will lift 49–69 lbs, operate an electric tugger and trailer, and keep the work area clean and safe. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and physical fitness in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship building materials including mouldings and doors.
• Read and understand pick lists and paperwork.
• Lift, push, and pull material bundles that weigh between 49-69 lbs.
• Ensure accurate tallies and order quantities.
• Operate machinery such as an electric tugger and trailer.
• Clean and tidy the work area as required.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and timely.
• Product binning and put-away as needed.
