Koopman Lumber Co Inc in Pembroke is seeking an experienced Millwork Load Puller to support our millwork operations. You will pull, stage, and load interior finish and millwork orders while keeping the work area organized and efficient.

The role requires moulding and millwork knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to assist customers, handle materials, and ensure orders are complete and accurate before delivery. Light lifting up to 75 pounds and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Moulding and millwork experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mouldings and stair parts required.
• Previous lumber/warehouse/order-pulling experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Pull interior finish, moulding, millwork, and stair-part orders accurately.
• Stage completed orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Assist with loading delivery vehicles.
• Help receive, organize, and store incoming stock.
• Assist customers locate and select millwork products.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality before staging or loading.
• Identify damaged, incorrect, or incomplete materials and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized millwork and staging area.
• Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and standards.

Millwork Load Puller

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

About the Role

Koopman Lumber is looking for an experienced and dependable Millwork Load Puller to support our millwork operations. This position is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and loading interior finish and millwork orders while helping maintain an organized and efficient work area.

The ideal candidate will have experience with mouldings, millwork, and stair parts and be comfortable assisting customers, handling materials, and ensuring orders are complete and accurate before delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Pull interior finish, moulding, millwork, and stair-part orders accurately and efficiently.
• Neatly stage completed orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Assist with loading millwork delivery vehicles.
• Help receive, organize, and put away incoming stock.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting millwork products as needed.
• Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and product quality before staging or loading.
• Identify damaged, incorrect, or incomplete materials and communicate any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized millwork and staging area.
• Assist with other warehouse and operational responsibilities as needed.
• Follow all Koopman Lumber company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and established operating standards.
