Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking an Order Puller for our Amherst, NH warehouse. You will pull lumber/millwork with an RF scanner, measure in linear feet, label and stage orders, and build secure pallets for shipment.

You will operate a Novo tugger after training, communicate discrepancies to supervisors, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 lb repeatedly and 75–100 lb with assistance.
• Basic math and ability to follow procedures.
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Team-based work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull lumber and millwork orders using RF scanner.
• Measure products in linear feet and verify quantities.
• Label and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Build safe, organized pallets for transport.
• Operate a Novo tugger after training.
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Keep the work area clean and safe; support operations as needed.
