Job summary

LVDDS in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shipping/Order Processor I to open inbound cases, apply labels, scan tracking numbers, and prepare boxes for outgoing shipments.

You will follow SOPs, maintain a clean workspace, and coordinate with shippers to ensure accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. A high school diploma is required and prior shipping experience is a plus; pay starts at $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in shipping environments or positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open inbound cases and apply spray.
• Scan and capture digital pictures of cases with image capture system.
• Scan tracking numbers and Rx associated with cases.
• Properly apply labels and tags to cases, Rx sheets, and all items in the case box for proper routing throughout production facility.
• Check invoices with content of case box to ensure documents match case.
• Pack and seal shipping boxes; ensure all items are secured.
• Retrieve and enclose additional supplies as needed.
• Affix correct shipping labels to shipping boxes.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs for Order Processor I and adhere to them.
• Notify Supervisor/Manager regarding any issues with inbound/outbound cases.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area during shifts.
• Partner with Shipper/Distributor to validate outbound production.
• Maintain productive relationships with Shipping team members.
• Understand production requirements and quality standards of the position.
• Perform other related duties as required by management.

• Properly applies labels and tags to cases, Rx sheets, and all items in case box for proper routing throughout production facility.
• Checks invoice with content of case box to ensure documents match case.
• Packs and seals shipping box; ensures all items are properly secured.
• Retrieves and encloses additional supplies and/or materials based on Doctor’s request with items being shipped as necessary.
• Affixes correct shipping label to shipping box.
• Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Order Processor I; adheres to SOPs while executing duties.
• Notifies Supervisor/Manager regarding any issues with incoming/outbound cases; asks questions as necessary in order to complete duties.
• Ensures work area is maintained in a clean and orderly state throughout work shift.
• Partners with Shipper/Distributor to validate outbound production.
• Maintains a productive working relationship with all Shipping team members.
• Understands production requirements and quality standards of position.
• Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.

Education and Experience:

Pay Range: $17.00/hr
