BioIVT is seeking an Order Processing Agent (Tier 1) for Regular Full-Time Admin Support in the US. The role focuses on precise order entry, review, and processing to meet SLAs and internal policies.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve straightforward issues and maintain accurate Salesforce records, contributing to high-quality customer experiences. Applicants should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in order processing, customer support, or similar roles.
• Proficient with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to follow templates and acknowledge customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and process customer orders in Salesforce within defined SLAs.
• Verify order details including products, pricing, quantities, and customer information.
• Ensure orders comply with internal policies and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve straightforward discrepancies before releasing orders.
• Communicate order status and required actions to Sales and stakeholders.
• Escalate non-standard orders following established processes.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and audit trails in Salesforce.
• Support order amendments, cancellations, and corrections per SOPs.
• Identify recurring issues and share findings with the team.
