Purpose and Summary

Performs billing, credit releases, and clerical duties. Coordinates daily responsibilities of the processing team.

Essential Job Functions

  • Performs billing entries and processes data related to credit status, price verification, customer credits, and re-bills.
  • Collaborates with customer service and supply chain managers to ensure accurate billing and customer credits.
  • Communicates with customers, salespersons, and other stakeholders to answer questions, disseminate information, and address complaints.
  • Organizes and processes incoming requests from the Operations Manager and delegates tasks within the team.
  • Trains and coaches new employees on systems and standard procedures.

Other Job Functions

  • Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct, Compliance, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3+ years of clerical experience.
  • Proficient in professional communication, typing, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
  • Willing to participate in required training on company policies and position-related skills.
