Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. in Boston (HQ vicinity) is seeking an Order & Policy Analyst to manage order processing, pricing controls, and exceptions across the Americas.

You will escalate order issues, maintain pricing data, and secure approvals for price changes, while collaborating with Sales, Claims, and Finance to streamline operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years in related fields, with SAP/ERP experience and strong data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related fields.
• 1-3 years of order management or pricing administration experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Act as the contact for critical order issues across channels and process orders in SAP with approvals.
• Build and maintain pricing records and secure approvals for changes.
• Manage customer allowances, documentation, and issue resolution with Claims.
• Support quarterly cost reviews and ensure accurate reporting with Sales/Finance.
• Review and resolve pricing exceptions, delisted items, and duplicate orders.
