Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN, is hiring an Order Picker/Stocker Associate to process orders, maintain inventory, and ensure accuracy and quality. The role operates on 2:30 pm–11:00 pm (2nd shift), Monday–Friday, with overtime and possible Saturday work.

You will keep production at 72 units per hour or greater, aim for a defect rate of 0.02% or less, and uphold a safe, clean work environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential, as is the ability to follow directions

What You Will Do As An Order Picker/Stocker Associate

• Responsible for processing orders for external and internal customers, meeting requirements every time, on time, with zero defects.
• Responsible for maintaining active inventory, preserving the garments, placing garments in the correct locations, and communicating inventory adjustments.
• Associate must maintain production at a 72unit hours or greater.
• Associate must maintain a quality expectation of .02% or less.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of always sharing with visitors.

HOURS

2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required as needed.
