Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Covington, VA is seeking a detail‑oriented distribution associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will assist with balancing daily workflow, prepare reports, and help train new associates to maintain smooth, accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior distribution center experience, basic computer skills, and ability to lift 35 lbs while standing or walking throughout an 8‑hour shift; weekend work may be required

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a distribution facility.
• Some basic computer skills/knowledge.
• Some knowledge of Receiving/Returns/Retag/Transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assists supervisor with balancing daily workflow to ensure production/shipments for the day are complete.
• Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepares work reports as needed.
• Trains new associates and assists with questions.

HOURS:

1st Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.
