Manpower, Inc. is seeking dependable order pickers and packers for our warehouse team in Pennsylvania. The role involves accurately selecting and packing customer orders, using RF scanners and packing materials, and ensuring quality before shipment.

This temp-to-hire position offers 1st shift at $15.00/hr, 2nd shift at $16.00/hr, with weekend shifts at $17.00/hr, and overtime opportunities. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are welcome during recruitment.

Qualifications

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
Basic math skills for counts and quantities.
Ability to work well in a team and also independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, carts, and bins.
Retrieve products from storage locations and deliver to packing stations.
Verify product accuracy and quantities before packaging.
Inspect products for quality and report any damaged items.
Apply labels and ensure proper product identification.
Pack orders according to customer specifications with appropriate materials.
Insert packing slips and shipping labels; perform quality checks before shipment.
Maintain inventory accuracy and complete adjustment documentation when needed.
Assist restocking pick locations and monitor inventory supplies.
Support warehouse operations in multiple areas, including packing and returns processing.
