Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Order Picker & Packaging Associate (1st & 3rd Shift) in St. Charles County, MO. You will locate, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and standard packing processes for fast-paced fulfillment centers.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, are able to lift up to 40 lbs, and can work day or overnight shifts with weekly pay and a full benefits package. Training and immediate start are available.

Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude in order picking, packing, and stockroom tasks.
• High attention to accuracy when reading orders and SKUs.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive packing duties.
• Reliable attendance and transportation in St. Charles County, MO.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking using tickets or RF scanning to locate inventory.
• Inspect items for quality and correct quantities before packaging.
• Pack, box, wrap, and seal shipments per guidelines.
• Print and attach packing slips, labels, and barcodes.
• Transport pallets and maintain clean packing stations.
• Support shipment readiness and staging for delivery.
