Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings for an Order Picker/Forklift Operator at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN. The 3rd shift is Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, offering a $21.60/hour rate and a strong path toward temp-to-hire with benefits on permanent conversion.

Position includes opportunities to earn a $500 bonus after 30 days, PTO, weekly pay, and on-the-job training to gain certifications with a top industry leader.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of Forklift and Order Picker operating experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks including bending, squatting, kneeling, walking and standing

Responsibilities

• Drive a Forklift and other PIVs (Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift)
• Receive, stock, store, handle and label goods in a warehouse
• Pick, fill and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Inspect merchandise for shortages or damage

Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN. We have Order Picker/Forklift Operator positions available 3rd shift M-F!

• 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am - $21.60/hr

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of Forklift and Order Picker operating experience (do not need to be currently certified)
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs; bending, squatting, kneeling, walking and standing in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work from heights - will be operating equipment needing to be raised to pick and pull from multi-level racking that can be up to a height of 30 feet

What's a typical day as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator? You'll be:

• Driving a Forklift and other Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as an Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift
• Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment
• Picking, filling, and preparing orders in an accurate, thorough and efficient manner
• Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, and damaged goods
