Job summary

Lakeside Book Company is seeking an Order Picker Operator in Plainfield, IN. This full‑time day shift role involves hands‑on picking tasks, forklift operation, and strict safety adherence to maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include operating cherry picker equipment, performing case/pallet picks, and cycle counts. Overtime may be required; on‑demand pay is available. Come join a team dedicated to books and community.

Qualifications

• 6 months order picker experience required.
• Ability to work at heights of 30+ feet; must be able to reach and operate equipment safely.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs; physical stamina essential.

Order Picker Operator | $19.00/hr | Day Shift | On Demand Pay

What You’ll Get:

• $19.00/hr
• On Demand Pay
• Full-time schedule
• Overtime Required

Shift:

7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday - overtime required including Saturday and/or Sunday

Location:

700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Path to Permanent Employment:

New hires participate in a 90-day evaluation period designed to support training and successful integration into the team.

What You’ll Do:
