Job summary

WAI Global is hiring an Order Picker for our Mississippi distribution center. You will pick, verify, pack, and ship orders with precision, using forklifts and RF devices to support accurate staging and loading. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential for a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You will work the 1st Shift, 5:00am–1:30pm, with opportunities for growth within a global leader in automotive parts manufacturing and distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs/WI.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and pack orders to meet customer specs.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Load items safely onto equipment and stage for shipment.
• Read pick lists and stage plans; maintain pallet manifests.
• Inspect items for accuracy and labeling; conduct quality checks.
