Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is hiring for an Order Selection position at our Chesterfield, NH distribution center. You will pull customer orders accurately and efficiently, operate electric pallet jacks, and move product safely throughout the warehouse.

Starting wage is $22.75/hour with a pay increase after two consecutive weeks of productivity. Weekend and freezer-premium pay apply. This onsite role offers 5‑day, 12‑hour schedules and benefits as described in the company materials.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age due to equipment operation.
• Prior experience as a shipping, receiving, or stock clerk is highly desirable.
• Must be able to lift cases up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Counts, sorts and verifies product descriptions and store numbers of items being loaded.
• Examines pallets to ensure they are shrink wrapped correctly.
• Stores product in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information.
• Reports adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage or damage to stock, location changes, and out of stocks.
• Transports product throughout warehouse via electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Maintains loading performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage and maximum safety.
• Assists other department personnel during peak workloads.
