Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an experienced Order Picker for our Jeffersonville, IN facility. This role operates in a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed.

You will pick orders, verify stock, and maintain inventory records to support our production and distribution processes. To succeed, you should be able to read, write, and communicate in English; operate ring scanners and powered equipment; and work safely at heights as required.

Qualifications

• Experience using ring scanners and manual equipment for picking orders.
• Willingness to train on and operate turret trucks.
• Ability to read, count accurately and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders.
• Perform quality checks on items.
• Verify stock availability and stock shelves.
• Repackage orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain records related to orders and inventory.
