Taylor Corporation in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Order Picker for 2nd shift to accurately pick, prepare, and process customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean warehouse environment.

You will use ring scanners and various handling equipment, reading and counting items, and ensuring quality and order accuracy in a fast-paced team setting. shift hours are 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday–Friday.

• Repackage orders according to customer and shipping requirements.
• Use scanning equipment and warehouse systems to track orders and inventory.
• Maintain accurate picking, inventory, and related warehouse records.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed.

The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
