Job summary

Havis is seeking an Order Picker for 1st shift in Warminster, PA to read orders, pick items, and stage for packaging. You will operate a forklift, document progress in ERP, and report issues to the Shipping Supervisor.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with up to $24/hour pay, and requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret quality documents.
• Able to safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze the order to be fulfilled.
• Select finished goods as noted on each sales order and stage for packaging.
• Mark the order as complete and update order notes in ERP.
• Inform the Supervisor or Team Lead when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze the order to be fulfilled
• Select finished goods as noted on each sales order and stage for packaging
• Mark the order as complete and update order notes in ERP
• Inform the Supervisor or Team Lead when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortages
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead

Requirements

• Able to read and interpret quality documents
• Able to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions
• Able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• Employee must regularly be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
• Employee must occasionally be able to lift and move up to 100lbs
• Able to tolerate long periods of standing
