Havis in Warminster, PA is seeking an Order Picker for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Monday to Friday). The role involves reading orders, selecting finished goods, staging for packaging, and updating ERP records. Forklift operation and the ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs are required.

A high school diploma or GED is required. This full-time site-based position offers competitive pay and benefits. Teamwork in a manufacturing environment with safety-conscious processes is essential.

Job Title: Order Picker Order Picker 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm M-F) **Up to $24/hr.**

Department: Shipping

Accountability: This Position Reports to the Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Read and analyze the order to be fulfilled
• Select finished goods as noted on each sales order and stage for packaging
• Mark the order as complete and update order notes in ERP
• Inform the Supervisor or Team Lead when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortages
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead

Requirements:

• Able to read and interpret quality documents
• Able to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions
• Able to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• Employee must regularly be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
• Employee must occasionally be able to lift and move up to 100lbs
• Able to tolerate long periods of standing
